Excel Insurance Solutions has brought together an experienced team of expert underwriters who have developed a range of tailor made products to suit the lenders' market. The policies that Excel offers insures against a broad range of risks, and offers unique cover for a variety of mortgage products.
Why was Excel Insurance Solutions set up?
In today's rapidly changing and competitive lending market there is an ever increasing demand on mortgage lenders to provide customers with a fast, efficient and professional service. Lenders have to continually appraise and assess their systems, processes and procedures in order to improve the efficiency of their service, simply to stay one step ahead of their competitors.
As a result, Excel Insurance Solutions identified that lenders need protection to support the ways in which they work, with covers that facilitate new and current processes by taking away the risk element. For example, lenders using desktop, automated and drive by valuations are finding themselves exposed to new risks. Our Valuation Indemnity allows them to adopt the modern methods of valuing properties, without risking their loan security.
